(1) In accordance with the Act and this regulation, the property or instrument seized or seized by the investigating officer shall be kept safe in such a way that there is no loss or damage in any way.
(2) If it is found that the proceeds can be obtained from the assets or instruments that have been withheld or seized in accordance with the Act and these regulations, the department shall enter into an agreement with the interested person or organization in accordance with the prevailing law regarding the leasing of government assets, to rent or lease such assets or instruments, or if there is arable land, for cultivation. It can be used or appropriately managed or caused to be worn or used in any other similar work.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), if there is any loss while using the property or means, after deducting the operating expenses, the remaining amount shall be deposited in the bond account in accordance with Section 7 of the Act.
